Resilient, accomplished, and mission-focused, Deborah (Deb) Packler brings over 30 years of leadership experience spanning education, personnel management, and strategic policy development to her role as Chief Executive Officer of SIMPACK LLC. As a retired U.S. Air Force officer and former educator, Deb has held numerous high-impact roles in military human resources, organizational readiness, and executive-level policy development.

Her distinguished military and civilian careers included key assignments such as:

  • Chief, Readiness and Integration Division, Headquarters Air Mobility Command, Scott AFB, IL

  • Chief, Retirements, Separations, and Force Management Policy, HQ USAF, Pentagon

  • Chief, Developmental Education, Air Force Personnel Center, Joint Base San Antonio

  • Executive Officer, HQ USAF Deputy Chief of Staff, Manpower and Personnel, Pentagon

In her current role as CEO of SIMPACK LLC, Deb oversees business operations, leadership development initiatives, and strategic planning. She brings deep expertise in personnel integration, executive coaching, readiness analysis, and force management policy, shaped by her extensive background supporting both national defense operations and community education.

Deb holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Education in Educational Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. She also earned a Master of Military Operational Art and Science from the Air Command and Staff College at Maxwell AFB and maintains a certification with the Project Management Institute.

Her unwavering commitment to service, combined with her sharp operational insight and human-centered leadership, positions Deb as a critical driver of SIMPACK’s mission to deliver trusted, agile, and secure solutions for its partners across defense and industry.

Innovative, ambitious, and vastly experienced, Tony Thomas leverages his diverse skill set to make a positive transformational impact on organizations across a broad range of industries. Over the course of his distinguished 34+ year military career, Tony gained extensive expertise in cyberspace operations, leadership, and management, which includes assignments as:

  • Director of Cyberspace Operations, 16th/24th Air Force

  • Director of Communications and Cyberspace Operations
    Air Force Special Operations Command, Hurlburt Field, Florida

Throughout his career, Tony gained extensive experience in all aspects of the cyber ecosystem across the DoD and industry. His key strengths include executive leadership and coaching, as well as expertise in cyber and digital transformation, process improvement, governance, and more.   

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, as well as several master's degrees in systems management of global cyber telecommunications, military operational arts and sciences, and national resource strategy. Additionally, he is certified and holds a master’s degree in executive coaching for individual one-on-one sessions or team coaching.

As a widely acknowledged subject matter expert and public speaker on cybersecurity and risk management, Tony offers a unique perspective and valuable insights in his engagements. His extensive experience, expertise, and dedication to innovation make him an invaluable asset for businesses aiming to expand their presence in the rapidly growing fields of cybersecurity and digital transformation.

Pioneering, innovative, and highly accomplished, Marc leverages a broad and diverse skill set—developed over his 25+ years with the United States Air Force—to make a positive impact on digital security, digital transformation, risk management, and strategic operations across various industries. Marc’s extensive military career included assignments such as: 

  • Commander, Air Force Cyberspace Capabilities Center

  • Commander, 375th Communications Group

  • Director, Legislative Affairs, United States Cyber Command

  • Commander, 2nd Communications Squadron

  • Executive Officer, Office of Warfighting Integration

  • Congressional Fellow for Senator Ben Nelson (Nebraska)

  • Fellow, Center for a New American Security 

With a focus on digital security, Marc’s background spans both the public and private sectors, including executive leadership, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, governance, and legislative affairs. Marc holds notable certifications, including the CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. He also holds master's degrees in National Security Strategy and Management Information Systems.
